Our 6 week course kicks off on the 24th of March with 2 classes per week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:30am.
This course has been built from the ground up with the woman's body in mind. We will work on;
Developing or maintaining a strong and functioning pelvic floor.
Resistance training for strong muscles and bones.
Balance and Stability training.
Power Training.
Mobility Training
Aerobic training to improve cardiovascular fitness.

Deborah Powell
This is your coach Deborah. She has a special interest in Women's health and exercising for Longevity.
She has 6 years experience working with women of all ages and abilities to keep activity a part of their lives and feel the benefits. Deborah completed her degree in Exercise & Health Science in Waterford Institute of Technology in 2018 before moving on to work as mobile trainer for 4 and a half years. Deborah joined the coaching team in Wicklow Strength and Fitness in September 2022 and more recently has completed a physio led course on Pelvic Floor Function & Dysfunction in Dublin City University.
Deborah developed this course based on her experience working with women and the main struggles they had been coming to her with; After running Strength for Life for over a year now, she's excited to expand it and start working with even more women!
A unique combination of strength and conditioning, pelvic floor education and exercise, stability and mobility work. She's so excited to bring this course to you!
